基于MSP430F149单片机的恒流电子负载系统设计

摘    要:设计一台恒流(CC)工作模式的简易直流电子负载。以MSP430F149单片机为核心,通过A/D采集电流检测模块测量到的电流信息,PID算法处理后,利用D/A输出模块控制V/I转换电路。系统在工作中,无论电子负载两端电压是否变化,流过电子负载的电流为一个设定的恒定值。实际应用表明,该系统对于要求电流恒定的电子负载具有重要的应用意义。

Abstract:A simple DC electronic load of constant current working-mode is designed by this system. This system use MSP430F149 MCU as the core and via A/D collects current which is measured by current detection module meanwhile the V/I conversion circuit is controlled by D/A output module with PID processing algorithm. When the system is working, no matter whether the voltage of electronic load is changed, the current through the electronic load is constant value which is set by user. The practical application shows , this system has important application significance of constant current electronic load.
