| 摘 要： | 以某汽车公司发动机装配线为例，简单介绍了PROFIBUS现场总线技术，说明了在区域式控制系统中的PROFIBUS现场总线的基本架构，并分析了在实际生产运行中可能出现的几类总线故障问题和解决措施，以期在新项目设计、运行维护和改造中提供一定的指导和帮助。

| Abstract: | This paper takes an engine assembly line of one auto company for example, exoatiates briefly on the PROFIBUS DP network and shows the basic architecture of the PROFIBUS DP,analyses some PROFIBUS problem and solutions during the practical production application. For the purpose to help the new project design,normal running, equipments maintance and retooling. |
