护理管理者领导方式的现状与分析

对１１６名护理管理者领导方式内容的调查，指出目前护理管理者常用的领导方式与理想的领导模式之间尚存在差距，要求新时期护理管理者需尽快形成“民主参与式”领导的共识。并提出在护理指挥系统内全面开展这一理想领导模式的对策和建议：加强现代管理理论学习，遵循“人本”原理，重视人的因素；努力培养互信精神；授权与指导相结合；促进护理信息沟通等。

Current Status and Analysis on Leading Way of Nursing Administrators

A survey of leading way was made in 116 nursing administrators. The results showed that there was a long distance between commonly-used leading way and ideal one in today's nursing administrators.It needed them to change their way and form a new democratic view of the administration.Measures and suggestions were given to carry it out in the nursing administration. The nursing administrators had to study modern administration theory,attach importance to workers' positive factors, develop the spirit to trust each other and combine the empowerment with guidance so as to improve the communication of the nursing information.
