钨极氩-氮电弧的高热特性

摘    要:采用多信号微机控制光谱快速测试装置对氩—氮电弧进行了研究,揭示了氩—氮电弧的高热效果和它的机理,指出它与氩—氢,氩—氮电弧的不同之处.施焊结果表明,用氩—氮电弧焊接紫铜和超低碳奥氏体不锈钢有独特优点.

Abstract:Having been investigated the argon-nitrogen TIG arc by using a microcomputer controlled multi-channel spectral system, high-hcat effect and its mechanism of this TIG arc have been disclosed, so as to find out the difference from Ar-H_2 or Ar-Hc TIG arcs. The test results indicate that the Ar-N_2 TIG arc has proper merits for welding pure copper and ultra-low carbon austcnitic stainless steels.
