角膜缘干细胞移植治疗非洲复发性翼状胬肉的临床疗效观察

目的探讨结膜瓣角膜缘干细胞移植在治疗非洲黑人复发性翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法对144例(160眼)非洲复发性翼状胬肉黑人患者采取手术治疗,其中A组74例(82眼)采用结膜瓣角膜缘干细胞移植治疗,B组70例(78眼)采用传统的单纯翼状胬肉切除术治疗,术后随访6～12个月,评估疗效。结果 A组74例(82眼),7眼复发,复发率为8.53%;B组70例(78眼),24眼复发,复发率为30.77%。两组复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论结膜瓣角膜缘干细胞移植术能有效降低复发性翼状胬肉的复发率,在非洲地区有推广运用价值。

Limbal stem cell transplantation for treatment of African recurrent pterygium

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the conjunctival flap limbal stem cell transplantation for treatment of African recurrent pterygium in the African blacks. Methods One hundred and forty four patients with Africa recurrent pterygium were enrolled and were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group with 82 eyes in 74 cases, received the conjunctival flap limbal stem cell transplantation.The control group with 70 patients(78 eyes), received traditional simple pterygium excision.Patients were followed up for 6 ～ 12 months. Results Seven eyes(8.53%)were recurrent in experimental group, while 24 eyes(30.77%)recurrent in the control group.The relapse rates of the two groups were significantly different(P < 0.01). Conclusion The conjunctival flap limbal stem cell transplantation can effectively reduce the relapse rate of African recurrent pterygium, and is worthy of popularization.
