摘    要:从TPS短舱试验的测量与安全需求分析入手,提出了一种TPS短舱模拟试验测量及报警系统的软硬件总体设计方案.该方案采用高性能嵌入式控制器,结合基于LabVIEW RT开发的实时采集程序,通过EtherCAT总线协议实现了系统各种参数的实时采集和传输.应用表明其测量及报警功能满足要求、提高了TPS试验的安全可靠性.

Abstract:Starting from the analysis of measurement and safety requirements for turbine power simulation nacelle test,a general hardware and software design of measurement and alarm system for turbine power simulation nacelle is illustrated.The real-time data acquisition and transmission of various parameters of the system are achieved with high performance embedded controller and LabVIEW RT software through the EtherCAT data transmission protocol.Test results indicate that the designed functions can fulfill the measurement and alarm requirements and the safety and reliability of the turbine power simulation test are improved.
