| 摘 要： | 为了探讨不同浓度蛋白酶体抑制剂MG132在诱导人宫颈癌Hela细胞凋亡过程中作用,分别以两组浓度的蛋白酶体抑制剂MG132处理人宫颈癌细胞Hela,通过MTT法检测Hela细胞活力,应用AnnexinⅤ和PI双染的细胞流式法检测Hela细胞凋亡率,应用Western blotting和酶标仪法检测Hela细胞内Caspase-3活性变化的情况.结果表明:低浓度MG132诱导Hela细胞凋亡不明显,高浓度MG132诱导Hela细胞凋亡明显;不同浓度蛋白酶体抑制剂MG132诱导人宫颈癌Hela细胞凋亡的程度存在明显差异.
