制冷型红外探测器高精度制冷控温系统

摘    要:致冷型红外探测器温度的稳定性直接决定了红外系统的性能.设计了针对致冷型红外探测器的高精度温度控制系统,该系统利用MCU进行PID闭环自动控制,温度恒定范围在77~80 K,实现了温度稳定度±0.05 K的性能指标.该系统具有精度高、抗干扰能力强、噪声低、快速稳定等优点,并且工作可靠,应用方便,具有很高的实用价值.

Abstract:The temperature stability of the cooled infrared sensor plays an important role in infrared system. In this paper a high precision temperature control system for cooled infrared sensor was designed, which is realized using closed-loop PID by MCU. The temperature is controlled in the range 77~88 K, and the temperature stability is within ±0.05 K. The system also has characteristic of high precision, low noise, fast stabilizing, etc. The experimental results show that the system can work easily and reliably, and attain to the demand of high performance system.
