| 摘 要： | 开发一种基于西门子S7-200型PLC和美国GSE公司智能称重仪表Model355I.S.的自动灌装机控制系统,分析灌装过程的控制难点及控制策略,介绍该控制系统的硬件配置及软件结构。通过PLC与Model355I.S.进行串行通信,解决了灌装速度的测量问题,提高了大桶密封胶灌装精度。采用该设备实现了密封胶灌装过程自动化。

| Abstract: | An automatic filling machine control system based on SIEMENS S7-200 PLC and USA GSE smart weight meter is developed. This essay gives an analysis to the control algorithm of the filling process, and introduces the hardware and software used in the system.Using the serial communication between PLC and Model 355I.S., the author solves the filling speed measurement problem, and improves the sealant-filling precision. |
