子宫内膜癌组织IGF-1与其受体表达及意义

目的 探讨子宫内膜癌组织中胰岛素样生长因子-1（IGF-1）及其受体（IGF-1R）表达及其临床意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学SP法检测20例正常子宫内膜组织（对照组）及46例子宫内膜癌组织中IGF-1、IGF-1R的表达。结果 IGF-1在对照组和子宫内膜癌组阳性表达率分别为60.00%和60.87%,两者差异无显著性（χ^2=0.004,P〉0.05）;过度阳性表达率分别为0和23.91%,差异有显著性（χ^2=4.147,P〈0.01）;子宫内膜癌组织中IGF-1阳性表达及过度表达与手术病理分期无关（χ^=25.434、4.328,P〉0.05）,而过度表达在不同病理分级之间的差异有显著性（χ^2=7.163,P〈0.05）。IGF-1R在两种组织中的阳性表达率分别为70.00%和60.87%,差异无显著性（χ^2=.511,P〉0.05）;过度表达率分别为0和36.96%,差异有显著性（χ^2=.117,P〈0.01）;子宫内膜癌组织中IGF-1R阳性表达及过度表达与手术病理分期无关（χ^2=.550、4.369,P〉0.05）,而在高分化与中、低分化内膜癌组织之间差异有显著性（χ^2=.859、8.584,P〈0.05）。结论 IGF-1I、GF-1R表达与子宫内膜癌发病有关,并可作为子宫内膜癌预后预测的一个指标。

EXPRESSION OF INSULIN-LIKE GROWTH FACTOR-1 AND INSULIN-LIKE GROWTH FACTOR-1 RECEPTOR IN ENDOMETRIAL ADENOCARCINOMA

Objective To evaluate the expression and clinical significance of IGF-1/-1R in endometrial adenocarcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical staining of IGF-1/-1R were performed by SP in 20 cases of normal endometrial as control group and 46 cases of endometrial carcinoma as experimental group. Results Positive expression of IGF-1 was found in 60.00 % of the control group and 60. 87% of the experimental, difference was not significant （Х^2= 20. 004, P〉0.05）. Over expression of IGF-1 was found 0 of the control group and 23.91% of the cancer, the difference was significant （χ^2 =4. 147,P〈0.01）. Expression and over expression of IGF-1 in the carcinoma did not correlate with clinical stage （Х^2 =5434,4. 328;P〉0.05）, but over expression of IGF-1 correlated with cellular differentiation （χ^2 =7. 163,P〈0.05）. Positive expression of IGF-1R was found in 70.00% of the control group and 60.87 % of the cancer. No significant difference of positive expression rate was observed in the two groups （χ^2 = 0.511 ,P〉0.05）. Over expression of IGF-1R was in 0 of the control group and 36.96% of the cancer. Significant difference of over expression was noted between the two groups （χ^2=8. 117,P〈0.01）. Expression and over expression of IGF-1 Rinendometrial adenocarcinoma did not correlate with clinical stage （χ^2= 5. 550,4. 369;P〉0.05）, but correlated with cellular differentiation （χ^2= 8. 859,8. 584,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Expression of IGF-1/1R is related to tumorigenesis of endometrial adenocarcinoma, and IGF-1 and IGF-1R can be regarded as predictive makers of prognosis of endometrial denocarcinoma.
