| 摘 要： | 既有建筑改造是个老话题，但怎样改造是常新的课题，特别是可持续发展已被普遍接受的今天。文中以既有建筑改造为题，提出了新形式下既有建筑改造的可持续原则，生态技术策略和既有建筑改造的产业意义。目的是利用既有建筑改造的机会，协调既有建筑与资源环境的关系，从而推动、促进建筑的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The transformation of the existing building is an old topic, but how to reform is always new, especially the sustainable development has been widely accepted in today. This paper is based on the transformation of existing buildings as a subject, presents a new situation both sustainable building renovation, ecological technology strategy and the construction of both industrial significance. Objective is the use of existing buildings reconstruction opportunity, to coordinate the relationship between both the construction and the resources environment, sustainable development and promoting the construction of. |
