绍兴市2006～2008年5岁以下儿童死亡监测结果分析

目的:了解绍兴市监测点5岁以下儿童死亡情况,提出相应干预措施,以有效降低儿童死亡率。方法:对绍兴市2006～2008年监测点5岁以下儿童死亡率、死亡原因、死前保健服务进行分析。结果:2006～2008年绍兴市5岁以下儿童死亡率逐年下降,死因前5位依次为先天性心脏病、早产和低出生体重、溺水、意外窒息、出生窒息和其他先天异常。死前治疗以医院为主,占52.22%,但未就医占21.85%。结论:应该加强妇幼保健工作,加强基层培训,提高产科、儿科医生技术水平,提高家长安全防范意识,预防和减少儿童意外死亡,加强农村合作医疗和农村社区服务能力,从而降低5岁以下儿童死亡率。
