| Abstract: | In this paper,the causes are analyzed of highcontent of suspended matter Al(OH) 3 in pregnant liquor from the process steps of seading decomposition of sodium aluminate solution in production of alumina in Shanxi Aluminium Plant using Bayer Process.The suspended matter is subsequently dissolved in the course of evaporation.The influential effects of the suspended matter both to alumina yield and to the evaporation process step and the corresponding mea-sures thereof are presented. |
