摘    要:自体骨移植物具有天然的骨诱导和骨传导特性,是骨移植材料中的金标准,但其存在局限性。目前重组人骨形态发生蛋白-2(rhBMP-2)被广泛应用于临床中以提高脊柱融合率。但其应用范围远超美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)标准,同时也出现了很多并发症。因此研制出新型骨修复材料成为了目前亟待解决的问题。

Abstract:Autogenous bone graft has natural bone induction and conduction properties and is still the gold standard of bone graft materials its natural bone induction and conduction properties. However, it has limitations. It is an urgent problem to develop new bone repair materials. RhBMP-2 has been widely used in clinical practice to improve the success rate of spinal fusion. But at present, the application scope of rhBMP-2 is far beyond the standard of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and there are also many complications.
