摘    要:摘 要:目的 通过河南省市场监督管理局发布的食品安全监督抽检通告,分析河南省2019年食品安全总体情况,发现存在的主要问题。方法 下载汇总2019年河南省食品安全监督抽检结果,分析不合格项目分布情况。结果 2019年1~12月,河南省市场监督管理局累计发布57期食品安全监督抽检通告,共计44448批次样品,合格样品43010批次,整体合格率为96.76%。结论2019年河南省整体食品安全状况良好,但仍存在违规使用食品添加剂、农药兽药、质量指标不达标、微生物污染等问题。食品监管部门应联合各相关方,共治食品安全问题。

Abstract:ABSTRACT: Objective Through the food safety notices supervision and random inspection notice issued by the Henan Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, analyze the general situation of food safety in Henan Province in 2019,and find the major problems. Methods Download and summarize the results of sampling inspection of food safety supervision in Henan Province in 2019,and analyze the distribution of unqualified items. Results From January to December in 2019,57 period notices of food safty supervision and sampling inspection were published by Administration for Market Regulation of Henan province,44448 batches of food samples were supervised and sampled, 43010 batches were qualified samples, overall pass rate 96.76%. Conclusion In 2019, the overall food safety status of Henan Province is good, but there are still problems with illegal use of food additives, pesticides and veterinary drugs, quality standards are not met, and microbial contamination and etc. The food regulatory department should unite all relevant parties to jointly address food safety issues.
