浅谈国产DP800 PVC质量的改善

分析了国产DP800 PVC与日本进口DP800 PVC的质量差距,并指出了改善DPS00 PVC质量的常用方法：(1)采用控制PVA配制工艺、选择适合的引发剂及PVC后处理工艺等方法消除“鱼眼”;(2)运用两因子DOE的方法设计出PVA1和PVA2的最佳用量和配比,改善增塑剂吸收量;(3)选用Perester类型引发剂,选择适宜的汽提与干燥工艺条件;(4)在聚合体系内加入热稳定剂,并采用耐热终止剂。

Brief introduction to the quality improvement of domestic DP800 PVC

The quality differences between DP800 PVC products made in China and that imported from Japan are analyzed,and the regular methods to improve the quality of DP800 PVC are indicated,which are as follows:(1)eliminating the "fish eyes" through controlling the preparation process of PVA,selecting suitable initiators and controlling the after-treatment process of PVC;(2)designing the optimal using amount and ratio of PVA1 and PVA2 by DOE method with two factors,and improving the adsorption amount of plasticizer;(3)selecting perester-type initiators and suitable technological conditions of stripping process and that of drying process;and (4)adding heat stabilizer,into the polymerization system and adopting heat-resistant terminator.
