炉甘石洗剂联合氯雷他定片与复方甘草酸苷片治疗过敏性皮肤炎的临床效果

目的探讨炉甘石洗剂联合氯雷他定片与复方甘草酸苷片治疗过敏性皮肤炎的临床效果。方法采用随机抽签法将2016年1月至2017年8月医院收治的72例过敏性皮肤炎患者分为对照组和试验组,每组36例。对照组口服复方甘草酸苷片治疗,试验组在对照组基础上应用炉甘石洗剂联合氯雷他定片。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前、后的血清IL-4、IL-13、MCP-1水平。结果试验组痊愈率和治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清IL-4、IL-13及MCP-1水平均显著降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论炉甘石洗剂联合氯雷他定片与复方甘草酸苷片治疗过敏性皮肤炎的疗效确切,可显著缓解患者的皮疹和瘙痒症状,减轻炎症反应。

Clinical effect of the combination of calamine lotion,loratadine tablets and compound glycyrrhizin tablets in the treatment of allergic dermatitis

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the combination of calamine lotion, loratadine tablets and compound glycyrrhizin tablets in the treatment of allergic dermatitis. Methods A total of 72 patients with allergic dermatitis admitted in the hospital from January 2016 to August 2017 were divided into control group and experimental group by random lottery method, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral compound glycyrrhizin tablets,while the experimental group were treated with calamine lotion combined with loratadine tablets on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects and levels of serum IL-4, IL-13 and MCP-1 before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The cure rate and total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum IL-4, IL-13 and MCP-1 in both groups decreased significantly, and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of calamine lotion, loratadine tablets and compound glycyrrhizin tablets in the treatment of allergic dermatitis have a definite curative effect, it can significantly relieve the symptoms of rash and pruritus, and reduce the inflammatory reaction of patients.
