基于AMESim的立柱卸载冲击影响因素分析

摘    要:以FDY480立柱液控单向阀为研究对象,应用AMESim软件建立了立柱系统的卸载模型,通过仿真并分析仿真结果,改变液控单向阀液控口阻尼孔直径、立柱活塞直径、立柱活塞杆及顶梁刚度,研究了该液控单向阀以及立柱的参数对立柱卸载冲击的影响.

Abstract:Taking column pilot operated check valve as the research object,the paper established a model for the valve unloading by AMESim software,and carried out dynamic simulation.By changing the diameter of damping hole of pilot operated check valve,the diameter of column-piston,the stiffness of piston rod and jacking beam,we investigated the influence of the parameters of pilot operated check valve and column-piston on uninstall impact.
