摘    要:采用表面固相渗硅工艺在C/C复合材料表面制备SiC涂层 ,研究了制备工艺对涂层和C/C复合材料组织结构的影响。结果表明 :硅化反应时间对C/C复合材料的SiC涂层厚度影响不大 ;C/C复合材料组织中热解碳基体与碳纤维相比 ,更易与Si反应生成SiC ,说明碳纤维的稳定性高于热解碳 ,Si通过界面和材料缺陷扩散深入基体内部。

Abstract:The SiC oxidation resistant coating for C/C composites was obtained by pack cementation process. The microstructure and the interface characteristics of the coated C/C composites were investigated, and the influences of process parameters on the microstructure of these materials were analyzed. The results showed that with the progress of the coating process, SiC conversion layer was formed in the interfaces of carbon fiber/carbon matrix and fiber bundle/matrix, and open pores or gaps existing within the composites. Compared with carbon fiber, pyro\|carbon matrix is more reactive with Si to form SiC. The cementation time has little effect on the thickness of SiC coating formed on C/C composites.
