| 摘 要： | 阐明了单井原油储灌几种加热方式的工作原理。对某一原油储灌加热装置进行方案设计,计算结果表明：同样温度下,蒸气与热水加热装置钢耗随换热管直径的增大而增大;提高蒸汽或热水温度,加热装置钢耗大幅降低;蒸气加热效果好于热水加热,但烟气直接加热是单井原油储灌最佳加热方式。

| Abstract: | Heating principle of signal well cruide oil tank is described in the paper.Severeal schemes are designed under giving thermal load,calculating result points out that the tube diameter and the temperature of working fluid have strong influence on the steel consumotion of steam or water heating device.The larger the diameter is,the higer the steel consumotion is.The higer the temperature of working fluid is,the lower the steel consumotion is.The effect of Steam heating is better than hot water heating,but flue gas direct heating is the optimal choice about signal well cruide oil tank. |
