板栗壳活性炭的制备及其对活性艳橙的脱色研究

摘    要:选用板栗黄色果肉外紧贴的质坚硬、暗棕褐色的壳斗为原料制备活性炭,探讨了板栗壳活性炭的制备及其对活性艳橙脱色的工艺条件.结果表明,制备板栗壳活性炭的最佳工艺条件为:500℃活化60 min,氯化锌20%,板栗壳活性炭与氯化锌溶液的料液比1∶2.用板栗壳活性炭吸附处理活性艳橙的最佳工艺条件为:搅拌90 min,活性炭2 g/L时,对质量浓度为9.74 mg/L的活性艳橙的脱色率高达92%以上,吸附后活性艳橙溶液的色度为8倍.

Abstract:Activated carbon was prepared using the hard and dark brown chestnut shell cling to the yellow flesh as raw materials.The preparation of chestnut shell activated carbon and the decoloration of Reactive Brilliant Orange were discussed.The results indicated the optimal preparation condition of activated carbon from chestnut shell:the activation was carried at 500 ℃ for 60 min,the ratio of chestnut shell and zinc chloride was 1∶2,the concentration of zinc chloride was 20%.The optimum adsorption of chestnut shell to Reactive Brilliant Orange was performed under 90 min of stirring time,and the activated carbon amount was 2 g/L.The rate of the decoloration could reach more than 92% for 9.74 mg/L of Reactive Brilliant Orange,and the chrome of Reactive Brilliant Orange was 8 times after the adsorption.
