日本《基于能量抗震设计规程》介绍

摘    要:本文介绍了日本《基于能量结构抗震设计规程》的主要内容,该规程推荐的基于能量结构抗震设计方法,综合考虑了结构的承载力、位移和累积耗能的影响,对结构抗震性能的评价更为合理。该规程中采用两阶段设计法,要求结构的耗能能力不小于各阶段相应的耗能需求。该规程的方法对我国基于能量抗震设计方法的研究具有重要借鉴意义。

Abstract:The main contents of Technological Standard for Earthquake-resistant Calculation Method for Buildings Based on Energy Balance in Japan are introduced in this paper.Earthquake-resistant design method based on energy balance is recommended in the standard.The influences of strength,displacement and cumulative energy absorption capacity of structure are involved in this method,and thus the seismic performance of structure is evaluated reasonably.Furthermore,a two-levels design method is involved and the energy...
