| 摘 要： | 分别用0（CK）、50、100、200、300、400、500、600、700、800 mg/L GA3处理独一味种子,研究不同浓度GA3处理对其发芽率、发芽势等的影响。结果表明,GA3处理可显著提高独一味种子的发芽率,50~300 mg/LGA3处理的独一味种子发芽率均达到70%以上,其中,50 mg/LGA处理的独一味种子发芽率最高,较对照高30%以上。

| Abstract: | The seeds of Lamiophlomis rotata(Benth.) Kudo were treated by 0(CK),50,100,200,300,400,500,600,700,800 mg/L GA3 resp.and the effects of GA3 at different concn.on the germination rate and germination energy etc of L.rotata were studied.The results showed that the germination rate of L.rotata could be significantly increased when treated by GA3,and the seed germination rate of treatments with 50-300 mg/L GA3 reached more than 70%,among them,the seed germination rate of L.rotata in treatment with 50 mg/L GA3 w... |
