摘    要:介绍了Texaco煤气化系统工艺流程,分析了Texaco煤气化过程中NH3的来源,阐述了NH3对Texaco煤气化系统的影响并提出了相应的处理措施。系统中适量NH3的存在,可中和酸性物质,防止管线和设备腐蚀;而过量NH3的积累则会影响系统水质、产生铵盐结晶、造成系统结垢,影响安全生产、危害环境。

Abstract:Process flow of Texaco coal gasification system was introduced. NH3 generated during Texaco coal gasification was analyzed. The impact of NH3 on Texaco coal gasification system was proposed, and the relevant measures were put forward as well. Adequate ammonia could neutralize acid and therefore to prevent pipeline and equipment from corrosion. Howerer, accumulation of excess NH3 in the gasification system could deteriorate water quality and separate out ammonium salt crystals and generate system scaling,thus to do harm to system safety operation and surrounding environment.
