| 摘 要： | 采用低过饱和沉淀法制备具有水滑石结构的镁铝铈类水滑石,探索pH、不同铈铝的物质的量比n(Ce3+)/n(A13+)、陈化温度和陈化时间对产物晶型的影响,利用XRD,SEM,FT-IR和TG-DTA等对其进行表征,将聚氯乙烯(PVC)、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯(DOP)、镁铝铈类水滑石(MgAlCe-CO3-HTLcs)按一定比例复配,进行静态热老化试验和刚果红法试验,并对其热稳定性能进行研究.研究结果表明:控制溶液中pH≥11,0.025≤n(Ce3+)/n(Al3+)≤0.050,n(M2+)/n(M3+)=2:l,于110℃陈化8 h,能制备出具有典型的水滑石结构、结晶度高、结构完整、晶型单一的镁铝铈类水滑石.镁铝铈类水滑石能将PVC的热稳定时间延长至约110 min.
