基于孔隙率的多孔轻集料植被混凝土配合比研究

摘    要:根据陶粒形态、成分较均一,呈球体或椭球体的特点,推导出多孔轻集料植被混凝土理论计算公式,并提出一种新的多孔轻集料植被混凝土配合比设计方法,即以孔隙率为主要设计参数,通过公式计算出包裹轻集料的水泥浆厚度和质量,调整水泥浆的水灰比,配置具有一定强度且不流淌的多孔轻集料植被混凝土。

Abstract:The theory calculation formula of porous light weight aggregate vegetation-growing concrete was deduced on the basis of light weight aggregate being morphology and uniform composition with sphere or ellipsoid.A new kind of mix ratio design method of porous light weight aggregate vegetation-growing concrete was put forward,that was, putting porosity of concrete as main design parameter and calculating the thickness and quality of cement slurry en-wrapped light weight aggregate,then adj usting the water cement ratio of cement slurry and testing,choosing the right porous light weight aggregate vegetation-growing concrete.
