| 摘 要： | 采用黑白视在电能表、最大需用容量视在电能表和实行双费率综合电价、新两部制综合电价等改革举措,解决我国当前“低压非大工业”用户计费电能表及其电价制存在的问题,促进电力市场经济的发展和电力需求侧管理的开展。

| Abstract: | The use of black-and-white visual electric energy measuring instruments and the electric energy measuring instruments for maximum capacity needed,and the practice of dual-tariff general electric power price,and the new two-part general electric power price,etc,have solved the problems associated with electric energy tariff measuring instruments for"low voltage non -large industrial"users and its electric power pricing system,and promoted the development of electric power market economy and the initiation of electric power demand side management. |
