| 摘 要： | 带式输送机是煤炭开采的关键设备,依据山西某煤矿的生产运行记录,对煤矿带式输送机的故障进行了调查分析。结果认为带式输送机的常见故障主要有输送带跑偏、输送带损伤、电气故障、启动问题、减速器故障、滚筒故障等,其中输送带损伤和电气故障所占比率较高。按故障的直接原因可以把各种故障分类分为人因故障、机因故障以及外因故障等,其中人因故障率在50%以上。在带式输送机的驱动、转动、机架、电器和辅助装置5个组成部分中,驱动和电器部分的故障显著高于其他部分。

| Abstract: | Belt conveyor is a kind of critical equipment in coal mining production.The faults of belt conveyor were investigated in a coal mine in Shanxi province.It was concluded that belt offset,belt damage,electrical fault,starting problem,gear trouble and drum breakdown are common faults in coal mine,in which belt damage and electrical fault have higher percentages.According to the direct cause,the faults of belt conveyor can be classified into human initiated failure,equipment initiated failure and others.The per... |
