选煤厂大型贮煤筒仓设计方法及计算机仿真

摘    要:针对选煤厂大型贮煤筒仓结构及功能问题,通过对大型筒仓设计所涉及的关于仓、斗壁和支撑构件变形及应力状态分析及物料流动临界状态、流动速度、流动型式所要求的条件分析,得出选煤厂大型的筒仓设计及计算方法,采用离散单元法数学模型,将筒仓设计与先进的计算机仿真相结合,为以后的工程设计提供决策支持.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of structural design and functional design in coal cleaning plant,got out the design and computing method of large-sized silo in coal cleaning plant though analyzing stress state of storehouse,bucket wall and supporting components and the required conditions of critical state,flow rate and flow pattern.Combined the silo design and advanced computer simulation by discrete cell mathematical model.Provided decision-making sustain for posterior engineering design.
