电压源变流器死区效应分析及抑制策略

摘    要:死区效应是引起电压源变流器非线性特性的主要因素之一,会导致变流器运行性能变差。深入分析了死区效应对变流器的具体影响及传统死区补偿方法存在的问题,提出一种基于新型无差拍控制的变流器重复控制策略,用于抑制死区效应。详细阐述了所提方法的控制结构和原理,对其死区补偿性能和稳定性进行了深入分析。所提方法能有效消除死区效应引起的电流谐波,并能校正输出电流的偏差,使其精确跟踪指令电流。相比于传统死区补偿方法,所提方法不需要额外的硬件检测电路或复杂的电流极性检测算法。实验结果验证了所提方法的正确性和优越性。

Abstract:Dead-time effect is one of the main factors resulting in the nonlinearity of voltage source converter(VSC), which deteriorates operation performance of VSC. The specific impact of dead-time on VSC and the existing shortcomings of conventional dead-time compensation method are both analyzed thoroughly. Then, repetitive control strategy based on novel deadbeat control for VSC is proposed, which is used to suppress dead-time effect. Principle and control structure of the proposed method are expounded in detail. And then, the performance of dead-time compensation and the stability are analyzed. The proposed method can eliminate harmonic currents caused by dead-time effect, correct the deviation of output current and make output current track reference current precisely. Compared with conventional dead-time compensation method, the proposed method does not require additional hardware detection circuits or complex current polarity detection algorithms. Experimental results verify the correctness and superiority of the proposed method.
