| 摘 要： | 采用凝胶渗透色谱仪、广角X射线衍射仪、偏光显微镜、差示扫描量热仪等对工业管道专用β晶型均聚聚丙烯PPH21-176的结构与性能进行了表征。结果表明:PPH21-176的抗老化性能优异、β晶含量高≥70%(w)]、机械强度高(拉伸强度≥35 MPa)、加工稳定性好,综合性能与进口产品相当,在国内市场得到了良好应用。

| Abstract: | The structure and properties ofβ-type homo-polypropylene PPH21-176 were characterized by use of gel permeation chromatograph,wide-angle X-ray diffractometer,polarizing microscope,and differential thermal scanning calorimeter.The results show that PPH21-176 performs excellently in anti-aging,whoseβcrystal content is higher than 70%and tensile strength is larger than 35 MPa,representing stability in processing,whose comprehensive performance is similar to those of imported products,which has been widely used in domestic market. |
