By conducting a comprehensive review and analysis of the manufacturing industry in Suzhou,this paper highlights the weaknesses of intelligent manufacturing in Suzhou,and provides corresponding suggestions.Firstly,by making products and streamlines more intelligent,Suzhou can create a smart environment for small and micro manufacturers,increasing their participation in the development of intelligent manufacturing.Secondly,through cooperation between different levels of manufacturers,expanding into growing markets,developing customized products,and promoting future industries,bridge the demand side and supply side of smart manufacturing.Thirdly,by solving the"Three Shortage"and"Four Missing"problems of the workforce,developing a team of talents that specialized in the smart manufacturing in Suzhou.
