酸性离子液体中异丁烷和丁烯的烷基化反应

摘    要:采用两步法制备了[C4mim]HSO4、[C6mim]HSO4、[C8mim]HSO4酸性离子液体,同时利用这3种离子液体作为催化剂催化异丁烷和丁烯的烷基化反应,实验探讨了不同离子液体、反应时间和离子液体用量对烷基化反应的影响。结果表明,用[C6mim]HSO4离子液体催化异丁烷和丁烯烷基化反应的效果最好,[C4mim]HSO4次之,[C8mim]HSO4催化效果略差。[C6mim]HSO4催化异丁烷和丁烯烷基化反应转化率达到92%,收率达89%,最佳反应时间1 h,催化剂用量为6 g。

Abstract:Ionic liquid of HSO4,HSO4 and HSO4 was synthesized by two-step method and used for alkylation of isobutene and butane.The effect of ionic liquid,temperature and catalyst on alkylation was studied.The best result was obtained when ionic liquids HSO4 was used as catalyst.The conversion rate with HSO4 as catalyst was 90% and the yield of alkylation was 89%,in which the optimum reaction time was 1 h and the amount of HSO4 was 6 g.
