| Abstract: | Ion chromatography is the primary method for analyzing inorganic anions and cations, and some organic ions such as organic acids, carbohydrates and amino acids etc. It has been widely used in food, medicine, biochemistry and agriculture fields. This paper describes new techniques of ion chromatography and their applications in food and pesticide residue analyses. |
