从珠粒因素和工艺因素两方面分别介绍了其对消失模铸造模质量的影响情况及在中国的研究现状,对其原因进行了分析,得出了珠粒粒度和发泡剂含量、发泡工艺和模密度、发泡工艺和成型工艺等都相互制约的结论,并提出,可以通过对以上关键因素正交优化达到控制模质量的目的.

Research on Bead-factors and Craft-factors which Influence the Performance of Patterns for Lost Foam Casting

In this paper, it was introduced that the bead-factors and the craft-factors respectively which influence the performance of the patterns for lost foam casting, and the present research development. By analyzing and discussing the correlated reasons, it was found that they are restricted each other between the granularity of bead and the quantity of vesicant, the craft of froth and the density of patterns and the craft of mould and so on, it also was put forward that it can be controlled that the quality of the patterns preferably by orthogonal optimization over these key factors mentioned above.
