| 摘 要： | 采用硬脂酸法分别制备了SnO2纳米粉体及TiO2-SnO2混合纳米粉,并应用XRD和TEM等分析方法对所得粉体进行了表征.结果显示,采用硬脂酸法制备了粒径约18nm的SnO2纳米粉体和粒径约5-15nm的TiO2-SnO2纳米粉体.

| Abstract: | SnO 2 and TiO 2-SnO 2 nano-powders were prepared by stearic acid method.The Characteristics of the powders were investigated by XRD and TEM. The results show that the particle sizes of SnO 2 and TiO 2-SnO 2 are about 18nm and 5- 15nm respectively. |
