摘    要:换热网络各个物流的进口温度、质量流量等参数经常受到其他因素的影响,从而与正常值产生巨大的偏差.为避免这种情况的发生,就需要有效的控制系统来调节,把换热网络设计成具有弹性的网络.运用温度响应系数合成弹性换热网络.当换热网络中某些参数,如进口温度、质量流量等在一定的范围变化时,换热网络仍能使某些物流达到规定的换热要求,并且具有可操作性.

Abstract:In heat exchanger networks ,some parameters ,such as the stream inlet temperature ,quality flow etc ,are always influenced by other factors,with the result that produce large deviation from the normal value ,To avoid this situation, it needs to have effective control system to adjust, change heat exchanger networks into flexible networks, using temperature transfer coefficient synthesis flexible heat exchanger network. When some parameters in heat exchanger networks ,such as inlet temperature ,quality flow rote ,are changing in certain range, the heat exchanger networks will be able to keep and operate the stream up to the standard demand of heat exchanger.
