摘    要:为优化银耳多糖的提取工艺,将银耳分别进行了粉碎和吸水膨胀挤压处理,并将粉碎和挤压处理的银耳组织结构进行扫描电镜观察。比较了粉碎和挤压两种预处理与不同提取方法(常压提取,超声辅助提取,微波提取,高温高压提取)结合对银耳多糖提取的影响。结果表明,挤压处理破坏了银耳的组织和细胞结构;应用不同提取方法进行多糖提取,挤压处理均比粉碎效果好,挤压与高温结合提取2h,银耳水溶性多糖提取率可达27.3%。

Abstract:In order to optimize extraction process of tremella fuciformis polysaccharides,tremella fuciformis were dealed with pulverizing and squeezing,then they were examined by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The effects of pulverizing and squeezing that were combined with kinds of methods(normal pressures extraction,ultrasonic auxiliary extraction,microwave extraction,high pressure extraction)on tremella fuciformis polysaccharides were compared.Results showed that squeezing damaged the tissue and cell structure ...
