| 摘 要： | 无致敏原（包括无麸质、牛奶、坚果和鸡蛋等致敏原中的一种或者几种）食品能极大满足过敏人群的需要,具有非常巨大的市场需求。介绍了无致敏原食品的发展状况,揭示了我国无致敏原食品产业发展存在的问题,提出了发展我国无致敏原食品产业的对策。
