摘    要:以甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯为原料合成甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液。研究了不同乳化体系对聚合稳定性的影响。用红外光谱(IR)、^19F核磁共振(NMR)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)及热重分(TGA)表征乳胶膜结构及热稳定性能,用透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察了乳胶粒的微观形态结构,通过接触角和吸水率表征含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物乳胶膜的表面性能。

Abstract:The title copolymer emulsion has been prepared with hexafluorobutyl methacrylate,butyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate as raw materials.The influence of various emulsifying systems on polymerization stability is discussed.The structure and heat stability of emulsion film are characterized by use of IR,~(19)F NMR,DSC,and TGA.The microstructure and morphology of the emulsion particles are investigated by TEM.The surface performance of the emulsion film is characterized by contact angle and moisture absorption.
