| 摘 要： | 随着校企合作的不断深入，校企文化融合成为校园文化建设的重要一环。文章分析了校企文化融合的内涵、冲突，从高职人才的培养目标出发，研究探索了人才培养环境、职业课程体系、人才培养平台等路径。
