| 摘 要： | 报道了２０７例性分化异常的１０种类型，即真两性占１６．７６％，女假两性占１５．４６％，男假两性占１３．５％，Ｔｕｒｎｅｒ征占２０．２９％，Ｋｌｉｎｅｆｅｌｔｅｒ征占１１．６％，４６，ＸＸ性腺发育不全占２０．７９％，Ｘ或Ｙ多体占３．８６％，ＸＹ型性腺发育不全占５．３％，性别识别错误占１．４５％，易性癖占０．９７％。提出性别确认及处理原则，为８例患者更正了性别。

| Abstract: | This article summarized 207 cases sexual differentiation abnormality and its ten eategries, e.g,true hermaphroditism 16.76%; female pseudo-hermaphroditism 15 .46%;male pseudo-hermaphroditism 13.5%;Turner' s syndrome 20 . 29%; Klinefelter's syndrome 11 .6%; 46, XX,gonadial agenesis 20.79%; 46, XY ronadal agenesis 5.3%; X or Y polysomia 3. 86%; mistake of sexualdiserimiration 1 . 45%; changing -sex paranoia 0 . 97%. In addition , it suggests the principles of diagnosis and treatment for sexual differentiation abnormality. |
