摘    要:为了提高超塑成形设备运行中充气过程的准确性和实时性,设计了采用组态王进行控制系统运行数据的采集和监控画面的实现,利用MATLAB实现复杂控制算法的气压控制系统。采用OPC技术设计了组态王和MATLAB/Simulink的数据交换接口程序,在超塑成形设备气压控制系统中,结合了工控组态软件和MATLAB各自的优势,实现了模糊PID控制算法,从而达到了更加理想的控制效果。在超塑成形设备中实际应用的结果表明,在系统调整时间相近的情况下,传统PID控制的阶跃响应的超调为16%,模糊PID控制的阶跃响应的超调为8%,验证了设备运行中该气压控制系统对充气过程的控制效果优于传统方案。

Abstract:In order to improve the accuracy and real-time on the superplastic forming equipment in inflating process, the pneumatic control system which used KingView to carry out the control system operation data acquisition and realize the monitoring picture was designed, and the complex control algorithm was realized by MATLAB (Matrix Laboratory).Then, the data exchange interface between KingView and MATLAB/Simulink was designed by OPC (OLE for Process Control) technology, and the fuzzy PID control algorithm was realized by combining the advantages of industrial control configuration software and MATLAB in the pneumatic control system of superplastic forming equipment so as to achieve a more ideal control effect.The results of the practical application in the superplastic forming equipment show that the overshoot of step response of the traditional PID control is 16% and that of the fuzzy PID control is 8% when the adjustment time of the system is similar.It is verified that the control effect of the pneumatic control system on the inflating process is superior to the traditional scheme in the operation of equipment.
