基于CAE的汽车动力电池固定支架冷冲压工艺设计与分析

摘    要:以汽车动力电池固定支架为研究对象,基于CAE软件Dynaform对该产品的冷冲压工艺进行设计与分析。通过CAD软件UG建立产品的三维数字模型,结合产品的材质、结构特点、精度和质量要求,确定了产品的冷冲压工艺方案为落料、拉延、冲孔修边。重点利用Dynaform软件对其拉延工序的工艺设计及参数进行数值模拟,依据模拟结果的成形极限图,获得了压边力、润滑条件和拉延筋参数对产品成形质量的影响。在压边力为700 k N、采用液体润滑剂(摩擦系数0.05)和拉延筋高度为7 mm、宽度为11 mm、圆角半径为4 mm、槽凸缘半径为3 mm的条件下,避免了产品出现起皱、拉裂、变形不足等缺陷,保证了产品的成形质量。

Abstract:The car power battery fixed bracket process was designed and analyzed based on CAE software ( Dynaform) , and the contents of stamping process plan were determined as blanking, drawing and trimming-piecing by a 3D digital model of CAD software (UG) with considerations of the material, structure features, precision and quality requirements. With a focus on the simulation of process design and parameters of drawing process by software Dynaform, the influences of blank-holder force, lubrication condition and drawbead parameters on the forming quality were obtained according to the forming limit diagram of simulative results. Under the conditions of blank-holder force 700 kN, liquid lubricant (friction coefficient 0. 05), drawbead height 7 mm, drawbead width 11 mm, fillet radius 4 mm and slot flange radius 3 mm, the defects such as wrinkling, cracking and insufficient deformation are avoided, and the forming quality of the prod-uct is ensured.
