| Abstract: | For the water administrative departments at different levels, there is large amount of reservoirs information to be managed. Comparing with the database of Microsoft Access and SQL, Microsoft Excel is used much wider and easier. Some functions of Microsoft Excel is useful in basic reservoirs information management. Some application skills were represented in the paper. |
