| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肠造口患者的家庭护理方法。方法:对我科2000年1月至2007年1月60例肠造口患者实施家庭护理干预,包括指导患者选择适合的造口袋,加强造口周围皮肤护理,熟悉造口灌洗技术,预防并发症的发生,并针对性地进行心理指导和健康教育。结果:患者造口自我护理能力获得提高,实现生理、心理、社会的全面康复,生活质量得到改善。结论:加强肠造口患者的家庭护理干预对于生活质量的提高有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the home nursing methods of the stoma patients. Methods Between Jan. 2000 and Jan. 2007, sixty stoma patients were performed home nursing, including the selection of ostomy bag ,the skin nursing surrounding the stoma,the skill of stoma cleaning and the prevention of complications, and also psychological guidance. Results The ahility of self-nursing of the stoma patients were improved, the physiological, psychological and social habilitation were achieved, and the quality of life were improved. Conclusion The home nursing intervention is important for the improvement of the stoma patients. |
