改良人工肝方法治疗重型乙型病毒性肝炎患者的护理

目的探讨改良人工肝方法治疗重型乙型病毒性肝炎患者的护理方法和效果。方法对2009年01月至2010年12月我院入住肝科ICU行血浆置换联合连续性血液滤过的改良人工肝方法治疗的52例重型乙型病毒性肝炎患者的护理进行回顾性分析。结果 52例患者经密切的医护配合,有38例（73.1%）患者病情明显好转出院,6例（11.5%）患者死于肝性脑病,8例（15.4%）患者因经济原因而自动出院。在改良人工肝方法的治疗中护理人员不仅要掌握各种护理操作技术,了解重型乙型病毒性肝炎的各种早期表现及相应处理,更重要的是要医护合作,配合做好治疗新方法,术前的充分准备,术中的密切观察,术后的精心护理是治疗成功的关键。结论在重型乙型病毒性肝炎病人治疗护理中,周密细致的治疗方案、严密观察病情变化、加强全面护理、积极有效预防和治疗各种并发症,是重型肝炎救治成功的关键。

Nursing Care Analysis of Heavy Viral Hepatitis B Patients Who Received Improved Artificial Liver Method Treatment

Objective To investigate the nursing care methods and effects of heavy viral hepatitis B patients who received improved artificial liver method treatment.Methods Make a retrospective analysis to 52 cases of heavy viral hepatitis B patients who received improved artificial liver method treatment of blood plasma replacement combined with continuous hemofiltration.All the cases were checked in liver ICU of our hospital from January 2009 to December 2010.Results Through the intimate cooperation between doctors and nurses,38(73.1%)patients’ condition improved obviously and leaved hospital,6(11.5%)patients died of hepatic encephalopathy,8(15.4%) patients discharged hospital automatically because of economic condition.Conclusion In the nursing care of heavy viral hepatitis B patients,careful theraputic schedule,close observation of the patients’ condition changes,strengthen comprehensive care,prevent and cure all sorts of complications positively and effectively,are the master key of successfully treatment.
