火电厂中心给料机全自动控制策略实现

中心给料机作为一种国内新型的仓储式物料卸料设备,逐步在火电厂的原煤仓上得到应用。在火电厂投运过程中时常出现设备电动机过流及下游称重给煤机断煤等问题,从给料出力匹配难、设备操控复杂等方面入手,提出新的控制策略。运用模糊控制的思想,引入中心给料机多调节指令及超驰控制功能,很好地解决了中心给料机无法精准控制的不足,寻找到一种与称重给煤机出力匹配的新方法,并在此基础上实现了中心给料机全程自动控制。

Full-automatic Control Strategy Implementation of the Center Feeder in Thermal Power Plant

Center feeder is a new dumping equipment of the storehouse in our count~＇, which is gradually applied to the power plant. Motor over-current and off coal of the lower weighing coal feeder often occured in the center feeder operation. In view to the difficulty of feed output match and the equipment operation, Ihis paper puts forward the new control strategy. Using the fuzzle control idea, it introduces center feeder regulation of multi-instruction set and override control function to solve the lack of accurate control center feed- 11 finds a new method to weigh the coal output matching, and on the basis of which it realizes full-automatization of center feeder.
