耐高温铁基合金熔覆材料的研究

摘    要:对耐高温铁基合金粉末的成分及其熔覆层的性能进行研究。用配有能谱仪的扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察熔覆层的组织并测定微区元素成分,用XRD分析粉末和熔覆层的物相,通过硬度、高温处理、高温氧化、磨损等试验测试熔覆层的相关性能。研究可耐较高温度的铁基合金粉末的成分。试验表明,该材料经750℃高温处理后,仍能保持原熔覆层的硬度,且耐磨性和抗高温氧化性能良好。

Abstract:The composition and properties of high temperature resisting iron alloy coating were analyzed.The morphology as well as the micro-area composition of the coating was investigated by scanning electron microscope with the energy spectrometer.The phase constitution of the coating was detected by X-ray diffraction.The hardness,high temperature treatment,high temperature oxidation and wear resistance properties were tested on the coatings.The composition of the iron alloy powder which can resist relatively high ...
