隔室模型分析中对受体动力学非线性方程线性近似求解的分类和判据

摘    要:在进行隔室模型分析时,对有些药物可以不考虑受体动力学结合与解离问题,但对有些药物必须考虑受体动力学问题.本文旨在对含有受体动力学问题的隔室模型非线性动力学方程划分为O,A,B,C四类进行线性近似求解,并给出和类近似求解的判据和计算例.

Abstract:Some kinds of drugs must be treated as receptor dynamics problem, although some needn't to be, when dealing with compartment model analysis. In this paper, we provide four linear approximate solutions and distinguishing conditions to nonlinear equation of compartment model of receptor dynamics; we also give some calculating example to demonstrate them.
